today I just talked about that to my mother. She said my aunt also had some white things in her gum when she was about 1 .5 months old. Then her grandma "till" it out because it was not good for babies.
it would be very pain. However, it is better than keeping that in her gum.
I think you should take the baby to consult the doctor and see what you should do.
My girl started to have teeth early (less than 4 months old). The only downside, as I see, is that her permanent teeth came out early too (when she turned 5). So, we have to be very careful in keeping her teeth clean and I bring her to more dental check-ups (more than myself). Since the permanent teeth are big compared to her small mouth, we have to make sure that the jaw is big enough to accommodate the permanent teeth. Otherwise, some teeth will need to be pulled out to give way to the others.
Her teeth are so far so good and she's proud of it. Of course, I take the opportunity to ask her to eat healthy food.
