有一印傭介紹

現有印傭打理家務及煮食ok,與老人家相處一流(操流利廣東話),服從性很高及絕不黑臉,照顧小朋友還可（但不懂英文），記性如大部份印傭一樣，有時需要提醒，還有願意一個月一或兩天假期（當然要補假錢）contract於06年8月完，但基於以下原因會提早完約(大約年底)：
1）我有2個小朋友，1個3歲半，1個9個月．工作量較大
2) 希望轉懂英文的賓賓協助大囡簡單功課及practice英文
3) 我工作十分busy，以前用開賓賓可寫英文便條溝通，現印傭不懂英文令我花了額外溝通時間

Since quite a lot of mom asked same questions, I'd like to post more information here:

Age: 34, Married, Has a son of 9 years old
She had finished one contract in HK (no overseas experience)
Then has one year work in the ex-employer who immigrate in last Aug-04.
It is my relative who refer her to me and have over 1 year's work in my home.

Many moms send PM to me and request for interview etc. But I want to clarify some queries here first and see anbody can help?

If I terminate my maid and renew a contract with a new employer here, can your agent has special arrangement such that she doesn't need to go back to Indo and waiting for another 2 months to come back? My agent told me that she may need to do so but I've heard before that some agent can have special arrangement on this such that the time can match. Anybody know this? Please advise.
