Are you a citizen? If you are, your husband should not be holding B1/B2 visa... A fiancée n spouse immigration and travel visa is very quick n only require a marriage certificate, does not require proof of financial status.

Many of friends use immigration lawyer and they only take 3 months to get a multiple entry n immigration visa.

You'd better talk to a lawyer about it.

yes im a citizen, but we already ask the lawyer about it, but she saids if we apply for the spouse visa,
there will be a high chance of denial because they might think that my husband wants to stay in the US unlawfully since our immigration is not yet approved
also she saids the visa takes a long time to get and by the time they approved the visa our immigration might have done in the same time. So, she said it's worthless... thats why im so worried :(
do we need to hire someone to apply a visa?
are you friends hongkong-ese too?
thank u for ur reply!!!

My friends are all from HK n they have no problem getting their spouse over. It only takes them 3-6 months to get the immigration visa and you are supposed to submit the travel visa the same time as your immigration visa.

It's only natural that your spouse wants to stay in the US... With you! Otherwise what is the point of getting married!

I'd suggest you consult another immigration lawyer. Which state are you at? I heard CA is a lot stricter. My friends all live in Chicago.

Well, then you are not telling us the whole story. Normally spouse cases are quickly processed.
