What did I do wrong? I just tried to forward her to information about the Bfree, that's all. I didn't say anything here. I just forwarded her the link. You have your right to say your point of view, and I have mine. She has the right to choose whatever. It doesn't mean she will listen to anybody after she reads the posts. They were just "information", some good, some bad. We are just trying to share our point of views here.

if you use B free or dr brown, you have to be prepared to do the extra bit of washing for the extra parts, though I personally think it is definitely worth it. The air vent in the middle is not difficult to clean at all. Each bottle comes with a tiny brush for cleaning the extra parts. The blue plastic bit is quite diffcult to pull out and put on at first, but you get use to it after while. My maid is now very skillful at putting the bottle together using the avent plastic clip (no fingers). My baby has used both dr brown and b free and I have to say I prefer b free because I find the flow of milk better and b free does not leak milk.
My BB is also using BFree milk bottle. I find that there is a "crack" on the blue plastic. The distributor said it is the design. Have you ever heard that?
Do you mean that your maid use the avent white short plastic clip to put all the components together (include putting blue to green plastic)?
I think the crack is to allow the air to escape into the transparent air vent, without the crack the air will be collected in the blue plastic and defeats the design of the bottle. I have checked all the bottles I have ( 6 in total bought at different times) and the crack exists in all of them.
yes, my maid uses the short avent plastic clip to put the blue to the green (very effective because it is short and easy to control, I have tried it myself) but one correction - my maid uses the "Ai Non Baby" brand plastic clip (longer handle) to put the transparent air vent to the green plastic.
but of course you still have to use your hand to hold the green plastic when using the avent clip to hold and push the blue plastic into the tube of the green plastic. Remember you must wash your hands and only touch the upper top rim of the green plastic (that part will not come in contact with the milk.
