They are strongly recommence me to hire Philippine maid instead of others, so, i just signed contract with an overseas bun (only 2 years experience in philippine) and she will report around May 12......but some friends told me before, 菲領事館而家俾海外菲6個月內若然斷約, 可以同領事館/agent 追返agent fee, 即係唔駛還7 months債, it is true? 咁就must一嚟到就博炒 la?? ai...i am worry now....

應該兩樣都差不多lor, 只係每間agent 都有一定的專長 (sale 印定pun), 不過現成完約的印傭真的是缺乏, 而pun 又會自己找人找工作做所以又少一些

無聽過喎!可以追返agent fee?
我又係想請印，但無得擇，迫住請海外賓，點知個衰賓一到步就傅炒，agent 又唔幫我，無奈又要換人，以後都唔請賓，衰到無人有。加上菲政府又要收保險費，換人又要再比的，無得改名，明呃$。

或者你嗰個唔會呢！不過我自己之前請過兩個海外賓，一個迫我炒，另一個博我炒，見我唔炒就自己resign,全部都係4個月內的事，我朋友個海外賓，博炒到出晒面，但我朋友eq高, 唔炒，個工人終於開口叫我朋友炒佢，話想攞返啲agent fee.

佢博你炒完跟住揾新僱主，然後過內地或澳門等visa, 咁佢就可以唔駛俾咁大筆agent fee（好似話哩啲斷約賓俾三千幾agent fee）本來佢要俾萬幾二萬，而家博炒只需要俾三千幾就可以喺香港打工，若然博炒成功，前僱主補一個月人工佢走，佢連哩三千幾的agent fee都可以唔駛自己出，因前僱主幫補咗佢，你話佢哋如意算盤幾响？就算佢唔再揾工，喺香港做幾個月，又可以claim返agent fee，哩幾個月人工佢返去唔知幾好駛，佢又唔駛咩成本過嚟！

完約既工人都未必係好人. 我家的差印傭目前正’挑選’ 新顧主...
我唔順要賠錢抄佢，唯有捱到完約(May 2012),真係好無奈..
你們要好好考慮下點解佢個僱主唔同佢續約…

請本地同海外都是講彩數....sigh......

That's why my agent only give me 6 months change period..... (i paid $4,800 agent fee, if i fire the new maid, i need to pay more $1,600 to hire another new one + air ticket)

sorry, one more question....may i know who will claim back for maid?
if agent will be claim back for maid, then who loan $$ for them to come to HK?

Hey wendy_ho, your maid is local maid or overseas maid? if local maid, must higher price.
Your agent also gave you 6 months change period only? i just asked another agent, they can give 18 months change period....and they confirm me that, no such policy that maid can claim back agency fee if we terminate contract within 6 months......
any sister can confirm this policy? thanks~
