Is it practical for employers once they found their maids got problems?
Payment-in-lieu of notice, air tickets, agency commssion (will you trust the same agency or find a new one and pay agency fee again), time to train a new maid, the most important one is our small children see different faces again and again and it is difficult and suffer for them to adapt to different persons.
Foreign DHs do not have probation period, even licenced agency cannot guarantee the quality of their DHs, so how can our govt protect us, the most important point is that to protect children, our society's future pillars, from being ill-treated?
