I will not like that... even some maid went to visit the previous employer here in town.... becuase I think they will not give their " heart " to this family if they're too attached to the prvious one.
( also, may run the risk of doing PT there during day off)
tell her, if you wants so much to do with the previous employer... why not go back there la.
I believe if a good maid means.... they treat your house and your family and their own.... that's enough la....
My maid is not perfect... but she really treat this house, this family like her own. no matter what stupid things she does. it's okay la.... her heart in here.
