原來網上寫住成交o左不過我又唔明啦佢又話實際未成交，成交期寫o左係年尾咁都算已經成交？mouth:

以我所知,只要買賣合約上左土地註冊處登記就所有人都check到資料,唔洗等到真係成交果日嘅
