Can I know if my maid need to go back to Indonesia???

My maid had resigned and left my house on 9 Dec 2005 and I issue an air ticket for her. Several days ago, she called me and said she had found a new job and need not to go back. Her reason for resignation is she said my son (only 2 years old) hit her and scratch her face until bleeding. She went to the consulate and saw a doctor, so I let her go. I wonder why the immigration can let her stay and find another job??? Her reason is so ridiculous and is not the truth!!!!
Can I blacklist her in immigration???

I don't think you can. Blacklist or not, for sure it is not based on your own judge.

You may put it in your own book or pocket.

she told me she found an employer in Mongkok.

If she does not go back now, still need to exist hkg very soon. BTW she went to consulate and reported yr son hit her, will u get into trouble?

pay her salary and air ticket and let her go, I do not need her to give me one month notice.

If she found a new employer, she can stay in HK and wait for new working VISA; Once she gets the working VISA (takes around 4 weeks), she can start to serve the new employer, but only she needs to go back to philippines/Indonesia within one year.
