I have a method which is workable for me, but it is VERY difficult to follow ..
Method : Chew 50 times for everything u eat ... for example, if u chew rice for 50 times before u swallow; if u can do so, u should feel that the rice becomes so sweet in your mouth ....
My sharing : you probably would feel exhausted and can only eat little BUT u won't feel hungry (i don't know why...) even u eat all ... u lose ur interest ... and the doctor claimed that i was such thin bcoz my body cannot absorb ....
Because of my such bad eating habit, i just had 60 lb when i was in secondary 1. Having said that, I was quite healthy and did not need to consult doctor at all .... just too thin ..... I gained weight as other normal person after i'd changed this bad eating habit ... and now it's a 肥c9 lar ...
