在US Amazon買了一本書,今天收到賣家的電郵,竟然說寄了另一本不是我買的書給我,他說如果我收到後不要退回給他,他會馬上把我要訂的書再寄給我。實在太過份,我已回信說我不接受,但除此之外,我還可以怎辦?退款可以嗎?如果把書寄回去,我豈不是還要蝕運費?而且也不能保證他真的會寄我要的那本書給我。
電郵如下:
Thank you for your order for the "real reading 1: Creating an authentic reading experience".


I am sending this email to you because I sent the "what a world reading 1" instead of the one you ordered. Please let me know if you want to send it back to me or keep it. If you going to send the book back to me and I will send the one you order right away.

Sorry for any inconvenience it caused and thank you for your understanding.

因為佢完全冇問過我就寄咗另一本唔係我要嘅書比我,仲要我退比佢,佢先肯寄本啱嘅比我,咁即係"監人乃後",我退比佢我仲要付出運費呀!

應該Amazon會有一張RMA form,你寫好,scan一張比佢!你用番佢寄比你個盒或信封,+正本RMA放落去,然後包番好,寫上 "Return To Sender"!

If the item was exported by you through a freight forwarder, please see the Using Freight Forwarders section of our International Shipping Help pages.

Should ask them further about the return postage. But yes, it is troublesome even if they pay you back the postage.

佢可能真係寄錯呢?如果佢係存心呃你
應該就唔會 send email 比你
你唔好一開始就覺得人呃你先得架!

另外 Amazon 既 seller 都有評分架
你有冇睇吓佢有幾粒星?

  • You made payment to the seller through the Amazon.com website or a third-party website using Amazon Payments, but the seller failed to deliver the item by 3 calendar days past the maximum estimated delivery date for an order or 30 days from the order date, whichever is sooner; or
  • You received the item, but the item was defective, damaged, or not the item depicted in the seller's description; or
  • You have returned the item to the seller per an agreement between the buyer and seller and the seller has not provided the agreed reimbursement to the buyer after receiving the item. Note: If you refuse the package and the return doesn't have tracking information, your claim may not be covered by the A-to-z Guarantee.

You must first contact the seller through Your Account before filing a claim. From the order details, click "roblem with this order?" and "Contact your Seller." Please allow three business days to give your seller a chance to address the issue. Why "佢冇呃你!"

You order item A and the seller purposely send you item B. What does it call??? Then the seller said you want item A, no problem IF you send me back item B which you didn't order. Otherwise, thank you for your money!!!!

If item A is out of stock, the seller should send you an email in advance instead of sending something else to you!!!!!

If I were you, I'll write, critic on the buyer comment and give out a very incredible low rate to the seller, which is the only thing he care about. Also prevent his act to another victim again.

我覺得佢send左比你先發現寄錯左,佢已經表明若你不接受,可退回給他,他會寄正確的給你。可以的話,給別人一個機會。
