請問你個是否居英榷之後既birtish citizenship,如果係既話,不如你打去香港既英國領事館問下啦. 如果唔係你bb向香港出世之後先發現原來唔可以apply birtish citizenship or uk passport就唔好啦. 同28weeks後好多airline有好大機會唔比你上機架. good luck!
我係香港人,所以唔需要居港榷呀. and我個仔係born in HK, so once he born he is HK president already. And now we live in UK. what I think is i want to give my son a choice when he grow up, that is why i back to HK and have him there.
your baby can apply citizenship by descent. but your baby's children (your grandchildren) can not apply citizenship unless they are born in UK or live in UK for certain years to apply citizenship by naturalize.

yes ar.. totoally agree... my husband get uk citizenship .. i got long term resident.. i come back to hk give birth...
as i ask hk side... baby only can got 3 star if baby born in hk.. otherwise need to live 7 yrs..
i planned to take baby back to UK ..then apply for uK passport by descent from his father..
hope my way is correct...
