What is the difference between TR and PR in terms of medical and kids education? Many thanks!

If you are TR.You pay as local only under high school level and you pay as overseas for uni and tafe but For PR, you only need to pay as local.

Medication l: I believe there is no different for Medical cover coz they both hold medicare card

What kind of TR u r holding? i think different tr has different entitlement.

Birth 15/3: W:4.2kg L:52cm HC:37.5cm
Day 09: W:4.37kg L:55.5cm HC:37cm
Day 46: W:7kg L:62m HC40.5cm
Day 82: W:~9.2kg L:~66cm
Day 112: W:~10.4kg

If holding 457 is not entitle to have Medicare, u need to buy private insurance! Education is same as one jm said, below high school level are free

If for 457 work visa as TR, you need to pay school fee around A$5,000 per year per child for public primary and high school in NSW state (other states are free like local students), and international student fee for uni. You also need to buy your own medical insurance, no Medicare benefit !

As I know, all of the TR will not have Medicare except the applicant are applied to be PR! But every states have little bit different about education, so u may need to check by yourself! Here have some info about medication

your applied visa is
Skilled – Regional Sponsored (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 475)

you need to work and live in regional area
I think Melb is not included

you need to check your visa condition.

Confirmed by my agent, we can work in melb. When we move to Melb, my girl should study F1 and my boy should be P4 in HK. Which grade should they entry in aus? Many thanks!

Don't totally trust agent. You would better find some information from the official Government website

You will have the opportunity to apply for permanent residency after you have lived for two years and worked at least 12 months in a Specified Regional Area of Australia.

475 visa is only valid for 3 yrs
after 3 years, you can apply for PR if you live in regional area
check here : where is regional area
http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/general-skilled-migration/regional-growth.htm

if you live in Melbourne, you could not apply PR
and you can not stay in Australia if 475 visa expired

but you dont want to apply PR
you can live at Melbourne as your agent said
and no problem

check carefully other than your agent

this is only my opinion base on the information
may be something wrong as the law always change
also dont trust me totally
get more opinion from other
