If I know my maid doing part-time at rest day, what can I do???

It is illegel for her, how about me??? If she had accident outside my house, can I be responsible for this???

tell her to stop immediately and anything happen to her will not be covered by the insurance that u bought for her. get her to sign the warning letter otherwise u'll report to the immigration dept.

can I have right to stop her part-time job??? She is ok and I don't want to change her by meantime.

She has committed an offence under the Immigration Ordinance as she cannot take up any employment with any person other than the employer named in her visa. So she has to stop otherwise both of you maybe liable for prosecution.

dont let her do ar, I warn my maid from the first day, if she worked outside my home and made any
accident, the insurance not covered. If she done, and let me find out, "terminate"
