Are you going to pay her for those two months? If yes, definitely no problem. If no, as long as the maid is willing to get no pay leave, it should be fine.

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, I'm going to pay her. Some of the days are her holiday and some days she would work for me on public holidays as compensation.
