Avent sealing disc

When I store the breast milk in the fridge, is it I must use the sealing disc on the cap instead of the normal nipple? I'm think that is not good to open the cap so many time before I feed BB.

唔該，有冇奶媽知道 .

我都係喎, 因為攞返出來時唔駛尊登換蓋嘛, 而且都係密封架!
