Seller has sent out the shipment on board 15 March 2006. Assume the Letter of Credit received by seller does not have an expiry date, what is the latest date for the seller to present the documents to bank for negotiation ? Thx.

You need to check LC, it should mention that the document should be received by issuing bank before xxxxxx (date)
