香薰購物狂集中地 (Part 20)

[size=medium]各種病症

鼻敏感
爐薰:
1. 尤加利4 drops + orange 3 drops
2. lavender 2 drops + 尤加利4 drops + lemon 2 drops
3. 尤加利1 drop + 天竺葵1 drop + rosemary 3 drops
4. 迷迭香 3 drops + thyme 1 drop + peppermint 1 drop
5. lemon 2 drops + 尤加利 3 drops + rosemary 3 drops

滴手帕(有需要時聞): orange 1 drop + 尤加利1 drop

按摩:
1. lemon 1 drop + 尤加利2 drops + 迷迭香3 drops + 30ml底油按摩胸部,頸,額頭,鼻的位置
2. tea tree 2 drops + lavender 2 drops + 尤加利2 drops 加30ml底油每日早晚打圈按心口,1 or 兩隻手按鼻,額頭(for嚴重鼻敏感)

因高血壓,鼻敏感改方
tea tree 4 drops+marjoram 2 drops+peppermint 2 drops+lavender2 drops.

氣管敏感
乳香 2 drops + lavender 2 drops +天竺葵 1 drop +cypress 1 drop

要按背,心口,喉部,鼻--2 drops複方add 10ml base oil
也用此方點爐

鼻膜薄
可用-尤加利,乳香,松樹,快樂鼠尾草,洋甘菊,安息香 or 薄荷
1.尤加利3 drops + Peppermint 2 drops+Clary Sage 3 drops
2.Frankincense 2 drops+快樂鼠尾草 2 drops+lemon 1 drops+Chamomile 2 drops

要點加按鼻( 3 drops 複方+10ml base oil)

鼻膜發炎
1.tea tree 2 drops+basil 2 drops+rosemary 3 drops
2.thyme 2 drops+rosemary 3 drops +lavender 1 drops+尤加利 2 drops

扁桃腺炎
lavender 4 drops+ lemon2 drops+ tea tree 5 drops+ ginger 2 drops,先溝好
-每日早晚,用熱毛巾滴 3滴複方,敷係喉嚨位
-用5-6滴複方,點香薰爐

另外用honey1 湯匙,蘋果醋3湯匙,ginger 1 drops,lemon 2 drops溝好備用
每日早晚用1茶匙以上的混合劑,溝1杯

花膠處理法
先用煲,煲滾一大煲滾水then落薑蔥,之後落花膠cover蓋,熄火,唔好理
