no need to worry too much, actually, pregnant women only require 500 calories more than normal women. but the most important point is the food she takes should be in good quality with enough nutrients such as cheese, milk, meat, vegetables and fruits. and also eats whenever she feels hungry. eat less or no junk food.

我果時就無咩野食補野,只食燕窩、阿膠及葉酸而已~~

最緊要係休息,醫生會開d葉酸,鈣同維他命俾你, 記住要食同埋平時食d健康d既野就得, 如果要補食燕窩(可以加milk)同花膠都ok~

I didn't eat many "bo" good...
Just drink a glass of milk and folic acid every day and also, have plenty of rest.

I started to drink "fish soup" after 3 months pregnant. It's good for the development of the baby's brain.
