F7 = grade 12 in the past, but since we don't have grade 12 anymore, so will be more or less equal to grade 11. don't fill in as Arts. as here is not categorize like this, you will have to state which subject being studies, as people might misread you really meant ARTS ....the pure arts - doing painting or so..
