A few days ago, I went to the board. The sch. time was 2:30pm.
1.The board was started at 2:40pm. The judge said it would waste the time, money on me but not on him.
2.The judge started to say giving 30 mins for settle. I refused immediately, and then he showed angry and said the maid may withdraw the case.
3.30 mins passed, the bad maid started to say she's wrong and not back to home and then finish. The judge asked her to speak more and more but she said nothing. The judge then give her 15 mins to her to ask her friends what should say. ( really a fair judge)
4.Then the maid said she had the right to stay out for 24 hours on her rest day. ... RP$200 was equal to HK$200... She claimed she only had half day off on her rest day. ( she ate her breakfast and lunch before she went out, she went out in the morning once she got her salary, she cooked the food for herself once she back to home ).
5.At 4:25pm, the judge said the case would proceed to next time. And ask me to quote the air-ticket fee. ( :evil: :evil: :evil: really a fair judge)
