Urgent ! Help Help BK mom
My new maid came to my house on 6 May and she started work on 7 May . She is a bun bun, she knows nothing and I found my relatives to take care her and we treat her part of our family. She did wrong everyday, make scratches onmy floor, break my things, forget to turn off the gas stove and go out to wash car, drop my pillow case to ground floor and the guard brought it back to me. So I asked her what should She do if she is the employer. She said give her patience.so I said how long and bun bun said one month. SO on Sat night , I give her warning letter and said geve her last chance and one month notice. If she is not improve, she will release after one month. She signed and suddenly yesterday, She said that I don't like her. She want to leave immediatedly and asked me to give her 1 month salary.So I said if you leave now you pay me according to the law. Then I called the agency and she told the agency she will jump out of my house if they do not allow her to go.SO I asked the agency to come immediately. Now she has gone and she said she need to get the 1 month salary. I said I only paid the 7 days that she worked to me.Now she said she is willing to come to work for the remaining 1 month. But I have 3 years old boy, how can I allow her to come back. BK mom. what should I do???Can I used the reason that she is unsteady mood as she told she will jump out of my home (I am on 27th Floor).I feel very frustrated. Please give me some advice.But after told her the rules. she go to clean my house and ironing until the agency come to pick her up. I think her friends teach her to scare us.
