I used a brand called POLA, which is a Japanese brand. it's very effective of reducing lines and black circle eyes. Last month as my fd back from Sydney and I had introduced her to use, she called me back and said was very very effective lei.
Don't think you can get it outside at any shop, as far as I know, only carry by some facial beauty shop. I got it from the shop where I do my facial, if you need details, I can pm to you.
Price wise Hk$800 (125ml), it lasts about 4 months lar. I used it during day and night, it lasts for me about 4.5 months
