1)For MTR, there is no exit at SWT! the nearest exit will be at ALC main street/yue on yuen/lee tung-----no significant improvement in transport
2)however, there are a LOT of trains 'underground'------think of the noise and possible vibration
3)no shops/market......nothing
4)the view of tower 1&2 will be blocked by new buildings in front
