Annual Leave

I submit my 5 days annual leave application in Aug '06 for long long time (1 week before) to my supervisor. But she wants to reject and hold my application.

Anyone know can she reject my application under HK labour rule?

唔一定俾你放,佢多野做你又要放假,佢當然reject,除非你想唔做,唔係無辦法.
