The paper container is GREEN and WHITE. You can easily find it in any supermarket and convenience store.
Another point that you have to rememebr is the ginger juice. Always use the FRESH ginger juice. i.e. Do not prepare ahead of time. Otherwise, it will not set. To make the ginger juice, peel a piece of ginger. The size if about a small lychee. Use a grater to grate the ginger. Squeeze the juice out from the grated ginger and put it into the serving bowl.
Ingredients:
1 box of "維記"高鈣低脂奶 for one bowl (236ml per pack)
1 tbsp of sugar (you can add or lessen it as you like)
3/4 tbsp to 1 tbsp of fresh ginger juice (You may want to add more in winter time as you will get warm after eating that bowl of ginger milk)
Put the fresh ginger juice in a rice bowl.
Heat the milk and sugar over a low heat. DO NOT BOIL it. Once bubble appears at the side of the sauncepan, turn off the heat. Have a big mixing bowl ready in hand. Then, pour the heated milk between the saucepan and the mixing bowl for ten times. Pour the milk over the ginger juice for the 11th time. Do not move the bowl of milk. It will set automatically. Enjoy!

I guess i did not add sugar in the milk and i just pour the milk into the ginger juice only.
So, i do try to pour it 10 times & finish it at the 11 times.
