For kids, you may go marathon/ royal sport (Times square/ Harbour City). I have no idea on adults.

fyi, my friend got one to her daughter at taobao and seems not bad, i ordered one there as well. but the quality cannot be ensured.

China size should be in your actual foot length in cm. Both my friend and I ordered here, my friend's pair is good for her daughter. Mine has not yet received.

It seems to be a popular brand in China.
My kids' size is only 26 and 28, not easy to find a desired one at taobao !
