Due to my daughter's swimming time slot was crashed with other course and I have request to change another time slot. Initially they had reserve the seat for us on Sat afternoon and asked us fax the evidence document twice. But finally they called & tell us can't change due to policy need inform 14 days earlier ( I was informed 1 week earlier) . Although has seat on other time slot but they refuse to change and told us process is very sophistication. How sophisticate I want to know even has seat also not allow to change...I feel disappointed of their stupid management and not flexible.Policy is dead and people is live...if they can handle well this service area then I think parent would appreciate it but now their action make me truly disappointed..I will quit to apply any course in YMCA in future..
