Ask her let you see the contract with her ex-employer, then, you can see that contract (ex-employer's signature).
Between that 推薦信 ex-employer's signature and that contract's signature is same or not.
Even though you compare the signature with the contract it is still not reliable if the helper prepare a good reference letter by copying the signature from the contract. It is just too easy for someone to copy signature as long as she has the original to practice...if 50 times wouldn't work I am quite sure that after 100 times of practice she could easily produce a good reference with a signature exactly looks the same as shown on the contract.
Please be careful. To me, I never take any risk to hire someone that I doubt about.
