噴奶反射 -好開心

我一直都不太知道點樣先有噴奶反射, 只知要不停泵, 無都要泵, 噴奶反射會出現. 因我用手泵, 所以會好tired. These two days I tried to pump even though no more milk is out, I can see the 噴奶反射... I can get about 1-2 oz more... very happy.

All BF mamas, is there any tips that can be faster to get the 噴奶反射??? IS it correct - 無都要泵, 噴奶反射會出現?? I want to rent an electric pump from Celki, amount of milk pumped by electric pump will be more than pumped by manual pump??? THANKS ~~ :-P

i do message for my breast during pumping, it can be easily have 噴奶反射 for my left breast. But for right breast, its difficult to have it and need to pump for longer time.

Pigletchan , I have same case as you .. most likely only the left breast has 噴奶反射..... I will try to massage my breast .. thanks

i will also squeeze my breast during pumping, squeeze different part of the breast such as base area, left corner, right corner, upper part....... the milk can come out faster.

Our 3 babies were born in May ..

Nicoleyin, How much oz your baby drink each time and how many meals per day? My baby only drink about 4 oz per meal and 5 meals a day .

My girl so 大食, so can finish 6oz every 4 hours, 4 bottle feed + 2 direct bf per day.
I am a poor mama, and I have to give formula supplement. :cry:
試過有一次工人比200ml bb飲! I told my maid not to do so because I think too much even she can finish !!!
