賓賓臨走前先說沒有一個月通知, 點算? 因沒有簽收信, yesterday night i give her an other lettle date 1st Aug 2006, she also no sign for me. make me whole night don't sleep to talk with her. Because she will be termnate on 9th Aug. 2006 . She will take her annaul leave from 3/8/2006 to 8/8/2006. At last I call labour department. they just inform me if she doesn't sign I can,t force her. Just give her the lettle.
If have any accuse just wait for judge. What can i do ..... Pls comment.
Thank you Mos2468, today I send termination lettle to her by courier, hope she will sign to received. But up to now the courier till now arrived to my house.
I terminate her immediate but need to pay one month salary for one notice. :-( :-( just learn a lesson.
