Don't worry, my small twin just went through this although she became thiner afterwards. She had fever (39.2) for three days, and when the fever ceased, the 玫瑰疹 appeared. After 3 days, everything reusmed normal. Try to give her cool drinks, e.g. juice. She would feel better.
