i'd done 'cvs' exam on 27/7. it's like amnioticensis(the exam you done), the procedure is similar but the sample is chorionic villus ie placenta tissue. it can be done earlier than amnio. , about 11 wks. however, it's risk is 100% greater than amnio.(1% abortion) it is very understanding all your feeling, i even cried when the procedure started. fortunately, it is smooth and a bit pain only. the most horrible is the waiting period of the result, so loooog! it takes about 5 days. thanks God, my result is wonderful, bb is normal.
