我試過去日本用水喉水, 但係我個仔有肚柯. 之後我地去吉隆ｂor 用 bottle distilled water, 佢就冇事啦!

no lar...no need to boil the distilled water...i just use it straight from the bottle.

In the resturant, ask for some hot water (= water being boiled before, not warm water).

Wait the water to cool down (can "sit" the hot water in some cold water). And then makes the milk.

When my baby was (23mths) in Japan, I boiled Japan 水 plus some distilled water that I brought from HK. But, sometime, when we took meal in canteens & forgot to mix with distilled water. I also let my baby to drink some Japan 水 only. That's OK! I think it is safe to drink water in Japan, even baby.
