我的兒子已經差不多一歲了,自己用咗兩个月先可以全人奶!自己不是富媽,可以叫半窮媽,但努力比bb 啜,努力pump,最終两个月之后冇比bb食奶粉,以下有小小tips分享:
1. 生完頭幾日唔使飲D谷奶湯水住,because the milk duct is not patent, u drink a lot soup, u will make the duct blockage, 咁只有谷奶,辛苦只是自己!所以first few days 不停比bb啜,啜通milk duct, bb has a good technique, these are more important!
2. every days drink 2-3L water(炒米代茶), eat rice!
3. After u feel 上奶(within a week ) ,then start to drink 上奶湯水and 上奶代茶!
上奶Soups: 通草,木瓜, 魚,豬腳,红棗(if u feel 噪,可用蓝棗) , 花生,雞,唔係全部煲哂,你可自行matching, eg 通草木瓜花生豬腳湯,红棗通草雞湯!通草係通乳腺的!
上奶代茶要飲3L以上
3. 黑豆,黑芝麻,豆漿>more milk
4. At least 6 times vv, that's ok!
5. 調整自己心理:
--食人奶bb的尿量,屎量,食量係冇得同飲奶粉比,奶粉係over feeding, then urine, stool and 食量係好多,過多tim, breast feeding is feed on demand, 樣樣剛剛好,幾曰冇大便但有屁放唔使驚,因為佢吸收哂D人奶,冇野的!
--pump唔到奶唔等於無奶,
個pump 引唔到奶出,bb肯啜就會有奶,我平均只pump到3-5oz ,但my son已經drink 6oz,唔夠食?No, 佢夠濕片,2-3日一次大便,生長由3%去到50%!人奶係小食多餐,“食夠”,奶粉係overload 的
有奶粉係屋企,餵人奶係無比的困難同辛苦,要無比的决心,努力同堅持,我咁大個女最努力同堅持都係今次,什麼減肥,讀書,做事都無咁有毅力,記住遇到所有問題,the answer is比佢啜啜!
