help 請問彩雲村好住嗎? 校綱/交通方便嗎?

見到特快選屋好多彩雲的單位, 唔知好唔好住呢? 區內治安好嗎? 是否人口老化得嚴重呢? 請幫忙比D 意見.

I lived in ChoiWan for 20 years but moved out at 2001. As i know, Choi Wan has many old people and new family from Mainland now.

The position of Choi Wan is ok...You can take minibus to MTR station or walk by 20 mins.

However, you need to consider the air polluation and noise because there are 2 clear water bay roads.
