Too risky to do so, the old maid knows what's going on & if the new maid is Filipino too, than the new one will just learn all the cheeky things instead of the right things. even the new maid is another race will just end up the same, coz they are on the the same line.
I also think that it is too risky to employ two maid at the same time. If you do not want to pay the long service payment and the extra holidays for the old maid, you need to make a choice.
I just gave one month notice to my existing maid (Indon.) and will employ a Bun next month. My exisiting maid works for me for the 3rd contract and I am ready to pay the long service payment. However, she lost my daughter last month that I cannot stand anymore.
So I finally make the decision
Actually, I know I need to bear the risk that the new one may not be a good one. However, I prefer to give myself a change.
If your existing is good, you should not have an idea to change. Am I right
