no la, you need to pay her till the last date stated in termination letter even you want her to leave early. I have same experience when my ex-yan yan resign, I ask her to leave after 2 weeks since I cannot tolerant her for a month.
If you can ask her to sign a letter for early leave and will not claim you the remaining salary, it is ok, however I think she will not sign such letter for you.
