no, the flat must be self-occupied for loan amount over 90%.

唔可以明租(因好似要去政府STAMP),但可以暗租, 我也曾經試過

Actually, if your hse have mortage on hand...it needs the acceptance from your bank for the leasing.
Most of the bank would allow it without any penalty.
And it is not related to the stamp issue.

乜租樓要銀行accept咩?我上次租出個層都唔洗,不過個層唔係做九成半按揭.係咪如果做九成半按揭既樓就要銀行accept,而唔洗penalty呢?
