just my own opinion...actually i don't like 聖芳濟各, super push lar, location lar, small area...and too old lar, i think primary stage also belongs to childhood, so i prefer big area for them....also, if ur kid is girl, i found that for boy is better, because more choices for secondary school, but after 6 yrs " push push learning", just not so many choices of secondary school for girls. That's why 2 yrs ago, i didnt register into this school la.
Also, one of my relative became one of a teacher of this school since last yr.....i don't like the teachers so fresh...no teaching exp. before....hope can help u for reference.

聖心 - If both the kid & the parents are willing to study very very hard, then this will be a better choice (many project need to do), as I heard some even work for it until 3:00-4:00am .
