That's bad and ridiculous. This shows that he does not have the adequate professional judgement on what is really mean by "emergency" !!! A really bad model.
He ought to rethink, those passers-by just requested him to have a look before the ambulance arrived jei....didn't ask him to consult that old man for free wor !! How many minutes will that spend sin ??
