I buy two sets brother all in one printer, one is my home use, another one is my company use. I bought around $1600 at last year and with 3 years waaanty (first year is onsite service). But I always use the printer but one day my printer suddenly doesn't work and within one year all the part is free of charge. I felt that the service is so good and the printer is also good in use. But as a week ago my company printer is doesn't work. But my company printer is one year and few days, should be over one year. And then no onsite service and need to pay $4XX ($6XX original price ) because within the waranty. And then I talked to brother service department. Your parts life are one year only. My home's printer is my luck, no need to pay. If I need to pay $4XX per year , no need your service la. I bought the new one is better. If someone you buy brother printer. You need to check the parts first.
