if you were only 23wks and experiencing some repeated contractions, even with pain, really don't walk too much. it's could be sign of pre-term labor. Should definitely need more rest and let the uterus stable down.
Thanks! I won't walk too much fm now..but long we should do for exercise now? as Doctor/ nurse advised we should do more exercise but i feel sick at nite..
well, in normal cases, exercise would be good for smooth delivery. I've also bought a plus-size swim-suit a couple of weeks ago right before i was ordered to BED-REST. but afterall, would have to weigh the pros-&-cons between exercise and our current pregnancy conditions.
Sometimes, with some conditions, such as tendency of having extreme early pre-term, we really shouldn't move much. At least not until after passing week34/35, till baby s more mature.
