Depends what u eat lar and how much excercise you do lar, but if you keep eating the same quantities and same quality of food, basically, I don't think u will get too skinny lor, but it will be firm...my friend and I also do at least 4 times a week and done extremely a lot of cardio, but as we don't 節食, so we only maintain and not get fat but as because doing a lot of excercise, the muscle is firm
