除了唔識咁之外， 其它工作做得好無先？ 有無心機做先？人品好唔好？好多因素的．佢是不是未生個小朋友或無經驗做這工作呀？

I have to help her 50% of her work.Should I change another maid who is more independent and skillful ? I cannot gurantee the next maid is good!!! Annoying ~~~ :-(

(4個月第一次反身, 5個月坐, 8個半月爬, 9個半月出牙(上面兩只),10個月出牙(上面兩只)12個月7只牙, 11.81 kgs
細叭係09年1月26日出世, 體重6磅半.
