Here is my baby's schedule (he's now 7 months 2 weeks):
7:00/8:00am - wake up with 7 oz milk then go to bed again
10:00 am - wake up, clean up his mouth and do a bit of exercise + 2oz fresh fruit juice
10:30 am - bathing
11:00am - 1 bowl of congee (put some veggie/fruit/meat puree)
12:00pm - sleep 6oz milk
1:30/2:00 pm - wake up and play
4:00 pm - snacking with fruit (i.e. avocado, peach, banana, sweet potatoe, papaya, etc.)
5:00 pm - sleep with 7oz milk
6:30 pm - wake up and take a bath
7:30 pm - 1 bowl of congee
8:30 pm - snacking (i.e. cookies, soup)
10:00 pm - go to bed with 7oz milk
