I just enrolled to a prenatal yoga class by Living Yoga. In comparing to normal yoga, it is rather "mild", just do some stretching and squatting, for better vaginal delivery preparation. Also, help you not to easily get cramping at night. I try to do it once every week. :lol:
Special note: only start after your 3 months' pregnancy
