finally we win (employer).
many domestic helper easily sue us of something, talking about their human right, privacy........the whole contract is protecting them nothing about us as employer.

Thank you very much for all your suppport.

In fact, we hire a lawyer to handle the case as my mom was really upset and stressful. We know we could claim back the fee from the court but we didn't do that. The reason are the payment is actually from the taxpayers, not the maid! If can claim back from the maid, I will definitely do that for sure!!! Also, I do want to close the case and let my mom forget about it ASAP.

No matter we win or not, HK taxpayers are the one suffer. I do think that if the maids lose, they should sweep the street until they pay back all $$$.

As I always said, if the quality of maids are good, I don't mind to pay more that HK$3400. But, the fact is less than 5% of them worth HK$3400.

We hire maids to help, not to suffer! Don't know why the Gov't doesn't understand.

Last Sunday, I took MTR at Admiralty station, those maids are so rude. Sit on each others' laps. Lean on the handrails. Some of them dress very sexy and holding hands with other men (hope not their employers).

How can HK promote it's international image???

Oops. Sorry. Whenever talk about maids, I can be non-stop.

我下星期都要上勞工處, 因為我個賓發脾四, 亂定野, 自己話resign, 咁我跟足法例扣返1個月代通知金, 咁都好天經地道 !! 雖然白紙黑字簽晒, 但係個賓都可以玩野, 咁又要請假同佢玩

無犯法，一定要堅持、企硬、同佢地死過，唔好放棄，要比佢地知道唔係一尾靠屈就得，係時候香港人要還拖，唔好再抱住比錢就算數...

最後係，恭喜哂啞，又多一個用時間、心力、精神、金錢、家庭、事業黎比外傭玩餐飽，錢點都會跣，在於跌幾多都條氣順唔順！

Yes. 錢點都會跣，在於跌幾多都條氣順唔順！To be honest, I really 唔順 why overseas maids have more benefit than most of HK employee!!!

I disgree with GST as the gov't doesn't spend the $$$ wisely.
