yea! X'mas in Taiwan is not that important in the past. These few years, the atmosphere has improved quite a bit. More and more dept stores and shopping malls put more emphasis in Dec. Decoration become more elaborate.
The decoration around the area of "101 Building" in Hsin Yi district is more beautiful and has quite good atmosphere for X'mas.
Hey! In these few years, there are sometimes count-down activities at "101 Building" for important festivals. You can "check check" if they have such celebrations during X'mas.
