I just know "My Dream Account" at Standard Chartered requires $100,000 in the account, otherwise there's service/annual charge. I don't want to lock my money into that account though.
How about HSBC or Hang Seng?

HK$1,000 opening balance is required for opening a current account. A fee of HK$15 will be charged for each Standard Chartered My Dream Account chequebook with a pack of three greeting cards and envelopes of the same design. The fee of each pack of three greeting cards and envelopes of the same design is HK$10. The Bank reserves the right to adjust the fee at any time without prior notice.
The bonus savings interest rate is applicable to Accounts opened by parents in relation to their children (below 18 years old) (original / copy of the child’s birth certificate must be presented upon account opening). For other Accounts successfully opened during the Promotional Period, the bonus savings interest rate will only be applicable for a limited period from the date of account opening to 31 December 2006. The bonus savings interest shall be compounded daily at 0.5% per annum or 50% of the Bank’s then prevailing tiered interest rate for Hong Kong Dollar Savings Account applicable to the Account, whichever is lower. The bonus savings interest rate is applicable only to deposits of HK$1,000,000 or below.
But from what I remember (I talked to the bank representative few months ago), certain amount of deposit is required in the account, otherwise there's annual fee of $300+ (I don't remember the figure).
To be eligible for the Safe Box Stationery Combo, customers are required to deposit new funds (excluding funds transfer within the Bank or by cashing the Bank’s cheques) of HK$20,000 in the Account on or before 31 October 2006, and maintain a minimum credit balance of HK$20,000 in the Account until 31 December 2006. A HK$400 Administration Fee will be debited to the Account by the Bank without prior notice if the Account fails to fulfill the requirements or if the Account is cancelled before 31 December 2006.

There is no minimum requirement for Hang Sang account.
